		<description>Just to clarify: are you suggesting that the US is still creating and stockpiling chemical weapons?  Because this isn't true.  Granted, this was part of the insanity of the Cold War (and before), but any current stockpiles of old chemical munitions have been, or are in the process of being, destroyed.</description>
